Why is this so hard? The work is done, edited, proofread, and ready to go. The cover letter and synop have been worked and reworked until I can’t see straight. Why am I so anxious to hit the stupid send button and submit this thing? Someone come click that for me!!!

It sounds like you are optimizing, I do that a lot myself. I tend to get stuck rewriting and rewriting one section because I'm never satisfied I've done my best. It can be paralyzing if you let it run you.
