Crossed Wires
Busy adapting this for WCP's Torrid Teasers. It was a fair bit over their word limit so I started chopping and have ended up being thoroughly ruthless. It was a bit wordy to start with so I've hacked all that out, plus one or two whole scenes with minor characters that didn't addd much to the story, and it's amazing how much I've managed to ditch. It started out at about 11,500 words, now it's down to 7,500 and I've got enough spare wordage to heat up the sex scenes!

I know, I surprised myself 'cos I usually have problems cutting stuff down. But it was pretty wordy to start with and there were several scenes with minor characters that didn't really add anything to the story so ::hack:: Just doing the last sex scene now (can't you tell? :roll: ) and I'll post the result on S&H.

I finished it! I hacked off a bit more and hotted up the sex scenes and it's now at 8,500 words which is pretty much exaclty what WCP wanted. Yippeee! I've uploaded it at S&H if anyone wants a look. Comments welcome!

Heard today - it's been accepted! :D The Torrid Teaser will (subject to me signing the contract) consist of this and To The Rescue. No details yet on release which will presumably be in the new year.
