This forum is for discussion of all forms of publishing that fall outside the realm of traditionally published printed books and e-books: self-publishing, subsidy publishing, vanity publishing, Internet publishing, and anything else that causes raised eyebrows when you mention it at writers' forums. There are no official definitions at this forum for terminology about all of the above. Feel free to debate the meanings of the terms and to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of different types of publication. However, do be polite if someone has chosen a different route to publication (traditional or untraditional) than you have. We're here to learn from each other's experiences.
