Forum remodelling
The lull in activity in the forum has turned into a longer doldrums. With that in mind I think it might be time to prune the subforums back and try and regrow and redirect the forum from a smaller group of discussion topics. With this in mind I am going to phaze out the writer specific subforums. I will delete those that have been inactive for six months or more, and any whose owners volunteer for them to be deleted, and not start any more. The remaining areas will be looked at with an eye to focussing on writing for publication in any genre but with a focus on erotic and romance. I know Lamia is going to be mainly offline for a while and I remain stretched between a lot of different activites but I will keep seeing what I can do to encourage a revival of in-topic activity.

Can't wait to see what you got planned. Ungood

I hope y'all will squeal if I do something you don't like. Most of it will be reversaable if needs be. My main idea is to refocus on the process of writing and submitting for publication, but loosening up the genre a focus a bit. Once I get it how I like it I will do a bit of a promo push tp try and lure back memebers we haven;t seen for a while and get a few more.

I like the tighter appearance of ERWF, but have you deleted all the posts in the deleted discussion/writing/publishing forums? Because sometimes I'll search to try to find a thread in an old discussion, if the topic is raised again.

We shouldn't be missing any threads. What I did was amalgamate the categories and drop all the threads in together. For example by combining publishing with epublishing.

Thank you Em, I'm pretty much back up to speed now... Not that me being up to speed bears any comparison to you when you're in active mode...

Of course when I am in torpid mode I could pass for a large snoring potato....

Of course when I am in torpid mode I could pass for a large snoring potato.... I prefer to think of you as a resting sloth... Which has given me a BRILLIANT idea... 'The Leisurely Adventures of a Weresloth...' Copyright Lamia, a.k.a. Ansley Vaughan. I shall make a fortune.
