hard to keep a good writer down
my life is -*test*-('")imony to the fact that i wasn't just bit by the writer bug but born with it. despite the fear that i might come off whiny, (quite a few of my posts are about my situation as caregiver to my grandparents) i must say most would have given up. but then again, no matter what life hands me, i still always forever keep writing. in between toilet cleanings, grocery trips and cutting vegetables for dinner are the thoughts, dialogue, scenes and characters that keep me sane. it's funny in a way when i think about it, because when things were going well, (i had more freedom and privacy) i couldn't focus really. and now that my life is nearly complete chaos, what happens? total creativity. the muse can be quite the little bitch, sometimes. (pardon me the occassional expletive) i can only hope that when and if i should ever be faced with another golden opportunity of freedom and privacy, i will know how to use it. until then, toilets and veggies it is.
