Any masochistic types pondering Nanowrimo this year? I may enter this year to: 1) help me edit a 50k word manuscript already in existence or 2) finish a couple of shorter works I just happened to read the original post of this thread when I was going to read the newest one, and I wonder if you've heard of NaNoEdMo? National Novel Editing Month, I think it's in March, and I think it was started out to edit NaNoWriMo novels, although I'm not positive :) Googling it shows it to have been defunct for a while, I just discovered :( I know people were struggling with how to measure editing, it was originally measured by hours (50, I believe), but there was a lot of discussion of editing not being measurable, so maybe that was the death knell. I also discovered NaNoFiMo, National Novel Finishing Month (http://www.nanofimo.org/), which is in December :) It appears to have started last year and the website is still active. Anyway... just food for thought :)

Cool. I knew about NaNoEdMo but not about FiMo. Will make a note of it.

What? Sci fi porn? Well if its good enough I hope to toss it out into the e-book world ... Heh not an over achiever here, just quite, quite mad.
