Tilt-A-Whirl and deep-fried Twinkies :P
The Mountain State Fair's in town, woo-hoo!! The children and I just got back. We went with my parents-in-law, my brother-in-law and his wife, and my sister-in-law and her two kids. My hubby didn't go because all the rides are going-in-circles rides, which makes him throw up. We rode the giant swings (my favorite ride, btw, so relaxing; feels like flying :D ), the Spider, the bumper cars, the bob-sled thingy, the Ali-Baba (a big platform that swings in a big circle, fun fun fun), the gliders, and - brand new this year - the free-fall. Good fun :P Skipped the Tilt-A-Whirl, since we only had so many ride tix and wanted to ride the free fall and swings and other extra-fun stuff. We did NOT, btw, have deep-fried twinkies. Like Twinkies aren't nasty enough without frying them in grease. Eeeeeeeewwwwwww. The frozen, chocolate coated key lime pie, however, was delicious :) I love the fair :D

Deep fried twinkies :p :p I once was almost killed by a deep fried Mars bar (with sugar and cinnamon)--and I was reeeaally hungry at the time. I don't do the going in circles thing either--but I do watch.
