What is front matter like in e-books?
I only have a very few professional e-books on my computer. The ones I have follow the standard print book format for front matter, of putting all the publishing info at the top - unlike Web pages, where the publishing info is usually put at the bottom. Is this common? Also, do LIT and PRC files usually follow print format in using indented paragraphs? I know that PRC is patterned after HTML, so I wasn't sure.

My HTML version ebooks have the title page and credits at the top like in any book.
